Lagos OTCI organises Service Charter ceremony

…As Land Bureau receives awards in digital processing transformation

The Lagos State Lands Bureau joined other Ministries, Departments, and Agencies in commemorating the 2025 Service Charter award ceremony, organised by the Office of Transformation, Creativity and Innovation (OTCI), which took place on 10th December 2025 at the Adeyemi-Bero Auditorium with the theme: “Recognising Excellence Across MDAs”.

The Head of Service, Mr Bode Agoro, who was represented at the event by the Permanent Secretary of the Lands Bureau, Mr Kamar Olowoshago, charged MDAs to remain steadfast in their responsibilities and uphold the core values of accountability, integrity, and transparency in public service.

He stressed that continued commitment to these values is essential for strengthening service delivery and deepening public trust across Lagos State.

The HOS congratulated all MDAs recognised during the ceremony, commending their outstanding contributions to the advancement of public service excellence. He encouraged them to sustain the momentum and continue striving for even greater achievements.

He also applauded the Director-General, Office of Transformation, Creativity and Innovation (OTCI), Mrs. Toyin Anjous-Ademuyiwa, for her leadership and for organising the event. He noted that the initiative plays a vital role in inspiring MDAs and reinforcing the state government’s commitment to continuous improvement.

During the award section of the event, Mr. Olowoshago was bestowed with the Distinguished Accounting Officer Award for service delivery, while the Bureau was presented with an award for excellence in digital process transformation.
