LASCOPA management visits Air France KLM headquarters in Lagos
In furtherance of its continuous engagement with key stakeholders towards promoting consumer rights and fair business practices, the General Manager of the Lagos State Consumer Protection Agency (LASCOPA), Mr. Afolabi Solebo, led the Agency’s management team on a courtesy visit to the headquarters of Air France KLM in Lagos recently.
The visit provided an opportunity for constructive dialogue on areas of mutual interest, particularly in strengthening consumer protection within the aviation sector and ensuring improved service delivery to passengers.
While addressing the Air France KLM management teams, Mr. Solebo emphasised the Agency’s commitment to fostering collaboration with service providers across all sectors to guarantee that consumers in Lagos State receive fair, transparent, and satisfactory services.
In his remarks, the Country Manager, Nigeria General Management of Air France KLM, Jean-Luc MEVELLEC, commended LASCOPA for its proactive approach and expressed the airline’s readiness to work closely with the Agency in addressing consumer-related concerns and promoting best practices in the industry.
The meeting ended on a positive note, with both parties reaffirming their shared commitment to protecting consumers and enhancing the quality of service delivery in the aviation sector with particular reference to Air France KLM.
