Lagos State Resilience Office Kick Starts 2025 awareness Workshops Across the Six Education Districts

In pursuit of its mission to build a culture of resilience among Lagos youth, the Lagos State Resilience Office (LASRO), in partnership with the Ministry of Education and key stakeholders, has commenced the 2nd Edition of the Resilience Sensitization Workshops for public secondary schools across the six Education Districts of Lagos State.

The sensitisation, which began on Wednesday, started with Education District II at Immaculate Heart Senior Comprehensive High School, Maryland, Ikeja, and continued on Thursday with Education District III at Dolphin Senior Secondary School, Lagos Island. Other districts have been scheduled for sensitisation on scheduled dates.

This landmark initiative is designed to strengthen the capacity of students to navigate social, environmental, psychological, and economic challenges, while enhancing their awareness and understanding of resilience in an increasingly complex urban environment.
