Royal Felicitation: Eze Ihenetu Celebrates Abia Governor, Alex Otti at 61
The Diaspora King of Igbo in Ghana, HRM Eze Dr. Chukwudi Jude Ihenetu, has extended warm felicitations to the Executive Governor of Abia State, Alex Chioma Otti, on the occasion of his 61st birthday.
In a statement issued from his Obiukwu Obieziokwu Palace in Ghana and made available to the media through his Country Director of Media and Strategy, Njoku Macdonald Obinna, the royal father described the milestone as more than a celebration of age, but a tribute to courage, reform, and transformative leadership.
Eze Ihenetu commended Governor Otti’s leadership style, noting that his administration has ushered Abia State into a new era defined by renewal, restoration, and measurable progress.
“Your Excellency, through discipline, transparency, and visionary stewardship, you have guided Abia from seasons of stagnation into a period of meaningful advancement. Institutions are being strengthened, infrastructure revived, public confidence restored, and hope rekindled across communities,” he said.
He further noted that history would remember the governor for choosing courage at a time when bold and decisive leadership was required, adding that his commitment to purposeful governance has remained unwavering.
“As you begin this new chapter, may Almighty God continue to grant you wisdom, strength, and divine protection. May the years ahead bring even greater accomplishments and lasting impact. Your leadership is a blessing to Abia State, and your legacy continues to unfold before your people and the wider diaspora community you inspire,” the monarch prayed.
