The management of the Parastatals Monitoring Office (PMO), led by the Special Adviser to the Governor on Parastatals Monitoring, Hon. Ibrahim Babajide Obanikoro, has commenced its 2025 Working Tour/On-the-Spot Assessment with a visit to the Lagos State Lotteries and Gaming Authority.

The PMO is charged with twenty-one ministerial responsibilities, which focus on ensuring that all State Parastatals, Agencies, and Government-Owned Companies operate in line with established administrative and financial guidelines.

The Working Tour and Assessment are designed to evaluate operations, identify gaps, and explore opportunities for growth and development.

According to the Office, these periodic assessments also provide valuable insights, ensuring that the objectives of Parastatals and Agencies align with public expectations of quality service delivery.

By fostering open dialogue and maintaining a rigorous monitoring schedule, PMO continues to strengthen good governance and drive sustainable development in line with Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu’s T.H.E.M.E.S+ Agenda.
