LASG reintroduce amnesty on planning permits
The Lagos State Government has reintroduced Amnesty on Planning Permit for existing buildings without approval in the state.
According to the report, within the Amnesty period of 61 days, starting from 1st November- 31st December 2025, owners of such buildings will be able to obtain a Planning Permit without paying the stipulated penalty.
