GAIL 100bpd Petroleum Refinery berths in Ipokia, Ogun state
Nigeria is set to witness a major transformation in its oil and gas sector as Gasoline Associates International Limited (GAIL) launches a mega refinery in Ipokia, Ogun State.
Led by Chairman and CEO Dr. Lukman Akande Bolaji, the refinery will start operations at 100,000 barrels per day with plans to expand to 450,000—making it Nigeria’s second-largest refining facility after Dangote’s.
The project aims to reduce fuel imports, boost local production of PMS, AGO, LPG, and Jet Fuel, and position Ogun State as a key industrial hub in the country.
