Eze Ndigbo Ghana congratulates Ooni of Ife on 10th Coronation Anniversary
The Eze Ndigbo of Ghana, HRM Eze Dr. Chukwudi Ihenetu has joined other distinguished personalities in congratulating His Imperial Majesty, the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, Ojaja II, on his 10th coronation anniversary held on Sunday, December 7.
The milestone celebration was marked by the unveiling of the Ojaja University Campus in Ile-Ife, Osun State—an event that underscored the monarch’s commitment to educational advancement.
In his goodwill message, Eze Ihenetu, a long-standing associate of the Ooni, described Oba Ogunwusi as “a beacon of light to thousands across the country through his selfless service and profound investment in human development, empowerment, and job creation.”
He noted that the launch of the Ojaja University Campus, coming on the anniversary of the coronation, represents another visionary step that will expand access to quality education for Nigerians.
Eze Ihenetu further praised the Ooni as “a philanthropist, a reconciler, a global royal diplomat, and a cultural ambassador whose influence has elevated Yoruba civilization onto the world stage.” He offered prayers for continued blessings upon the Ooni and his household.
