Speaking during the ceremony, the Rector, Gozie Ogbodo, described the exercise as a landmark achievement reflecting the institution’s renewed commitment to academic excellence and institutional transformation under the “New IMT Initiative.”

The Enugu State Governor, Peter Mbah, was represented at the ceremony by the Deputy Governor, Ifeanyi Ossai, who commended the management for repositioning the polytechnic and urged graduates to deploy their skills towards societal development.
