Positions for Growth in Asset and Investment Management Services
Treegar Capital Management Limited has received approval from the Securities and Exchange Commission, Nigeria, to operate as a licensed Fund/Portfolio Manager.
The approval positions Treegar Capital to provide regulated asset and investment management services to individuals, corporates, institutions, family offices, and high-net-worth clients.
The firm will offer solutions across fixed income, money market instruments, treasury management, discretionary portfolio management, and portfolio advisory services, with a focus on capital preservation, responsible yield generation, transparent reporting, and strong risk management.
Treegar Capital is led by Olugbenga Sonaike as Managing Director, working closely with Ayo Ogunlowo and Mojibade Sosanya as part of the firm’s senior leadership.
Together, they bring strategic direction, institutional leadership, governance discipline, and business growth oversight to the firm.
Mr. Sonaike is a seasoned financial markets professional, former Head of Fixed Income at Access Bank, and an alumnus of Lagos Business School.
With two decades of experience across banking, treasury, fixed income, liquidity management, institutional markets, and client investment solutions, he brings deep market knowledge and execution discipline to Treegar Capital’s operations.
